Your personalized diet counseling is a 7 day diet plan available either via Clinic Visit or Online consultation.

Location 1: Meesha Diagnostics and Polyclinic

Your 7 day diet plan is available to you either Online through email or In-person consultation in 2 package options.

Package 1: Basic Assessment and Personalized Dietary Guidance (NO DIET PLAN)

This involves assessing and analyzing your basic parameters, food intake and lifestyle patterns Suggestions are made to alter your eating habits and lifestyle positively. There is NO DIET PLAN for Option 1 package.

Package 2: Detailed Personalized Diet and Lifestyle Plan

This involves use of High tech computerized calculations with a 7 day diet plan and detailed understanding of your dietary habits, medical history with reports, exercise and lifestyle to devise a very personalized diet and lifestyle plan.

Online Consultation 

This process will happen in following steps: 

1. Fill up the Contact Us Form with your basic information and Submit to us.
2. We will get back to you with the packages available (basic package or comprehensive package) with details of payment.
3. Make payment via Google Pay to 9769924240 and choose Indusind Bank option. You could pay by netbanking if you are comfortable with that.
4. We will contact you with a Personalized Diet Consultation Service by email.
5. 1st Email exchange involves Nutrition Assessment and Form Filling Activity which will be emailed to you depending on which plan you opt for. You will fill this form and email it back to us. This will help us understand your current diet, medical history, health issues and lifestyle. You may be prescribed health checkup or diagnostic tests as applicable.
6. If required, you will revert back with your reports or ask the diagnostic lab to email the reports to Ms. Pallavi Pinge on ambrosiawellness@yahoo.com   and  pallavi@ambrosiawellness.com
7. Meanwhile your current diet will be analyzed using detailed computerized calculations.
8. A personalized diet along with exercise and lifestyle recommendations will be planned for you after reviewing your reports as per your health requirement if you have selected the comprehensive package
9. This will be emailed to you. In case of any query, you can reply back by email or schedule a 15 minute telephone call to discuss your diet and lifestyle recommendations.
10. Follow-up consultations are necessary after the 7 day diet plan to monitor progress. Follow-ups will be advised as applicable and chargeable separately.
